Pilot Line makes pilot production equipment for medical device manufacturers and other industries. The products it sells are kept in-stock or with very short lead times and are priced to fit the budget of programs that are in pilot production.

By using Pilot Line products, engineers are allowed to focus on product and process development rather than designing manufacturing tooling. Having the manufacturing tooling sooner in the project also allows a program to learn about its production process sooner.

​Many of Pilot Line's products feature 3D printed components, laser-cut acrylic parts, and slotted aluminum extrusions. Traditional manufacturing methods such as CNC machining and fabricated components are used only where needed.
